I have made the informed decision to work for YOU, the patient, rather than your insurance company.

I am not a provider in your insurance network because if I was, the insurance company would get to decide how much time I spend with you at each visit and what kind of care I give you as your chiropractor. Instead, I choose the freedom to work directly for you and your needs, determining appropriate care that is completely unique to you and your body.

This takes more than the typical 10 minutes most chiropractors spend with their patients.  I love taking the time to give you the best quality care I can give, and these longer appointments often result in the need for much fewer number of appointments overall.

That being said, I understand that many insurance plans cover chiropractic care. I am happy to provide you ‘super bill’ receipts that you can submit to your insurance company to receive a reimbursement. Depending on your plan, you may be reimbursed up to one third to one half of your total treatment costs.  I also accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).

Please note that unfortunately I am UNABLE to work with Medicare patients at this time.

Current Rates:

Initial Visit | 60 minutes | $225

Follow Up Visit | 30 minutes | $150

5 Pack of Follow Up Visits | $712 (5% discount)

10 Pack of Follow Up Visits | $1350 (10% discount)

20 Pack of Follow Up Visits | $2550 (15% discount)

All packages can be shared between family members under care.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

Your appointment time at Wholesome Healing Chiropractic is reserved especially for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the schedule that could have been filled by another patient. As a result, we ask that you respect the following policies:

  • No fees will be applied to cancellations at least 48 hours prior to appointment time.

  • A cancellation less than 48 hours prior to appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the service.

  • A no-show or late arrival (with less than 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time remaining) will be charged a fee equal to the cost of the service.

  • Cancellations due to sickness occasionally occur. If informed before appointment time, the fee may be waived at the sole discretion of Wholesome Healing Chiropractic.
